Staff and governors of Chirk Infants School aim

  1. To create an environment and atmosphere where children and staff feel happy, safe and secure.

  2. To encourage respect of all members of school and others in the wider community.

  3. To be responsible for children’s needs in a friendly, caring environment involving school and parents as a team, where school is an extension of home and the wider community.

  6. To provide a balanced curriculum for children which provides for intellectual development as well as social, emotional and physical growth.

  7. To deliver a broad and balanced curriculum which fulfils the requirements of the Early Years and National Curriculum.

  8. To provide opportunities which will encourage all children to achieve their potential.

  9. To enable staff to become part of a happy, interesting and challenging environment.

  10. To enable staff to develop professionally.

  11. To extend a warm welcome at all times to everyone.
